The INSPIRE-US One-Stop Shop is a neutral and 360º support service that helps landlords renovate their rented properties. It reduces complexity by coordinating the full renovation process, from diagnosis and decision-making to delivery, verification and monitoring.
The INSPIRE-US One-Stop- Shop will be operative from November 2026 and its services include:
Portfolio screening
Explains regulatory obligations and supports a scalable audit and renovation strategy across a portfolio.
On-site diagnosis and energy performance assessment
Performs home visits to assess physical, technical and occupancy conditions, identifies inefficiencies and renovation potential, and provides an initial energy performance assessment.
Stakeholder engagement and building coordination
Facilitates engagement with building administrators and tenants, activates energy ambassadors, coordinates with the community, and supports consultation and validation processes.
Renovation scenarios and decision support
Develops tailored renovation scenarios, runs cost-benefit analysis and return on investment assessments, prepares preliminary studies, and supports scenario validation aligned with strategic objectives.
Funding and finance support
Explores funding and financial opportunities, develops financial planning, and supports the activation and monetisation of public incentives alongside private financing where relevant.
Technical project development and procurement support
Supports the translation of the selected scenario into a technical project design, helps identify professionals, contractors and technologies, and supports validation of the technical project and financing plan.
Administrative and regulatory support
Supports applications to public incentives, administrative procedures, and permits by preparing required documentation and following up with the relevant public administrations.
Post-renovation monitoring and value consolidation
Provides post-renovation monitoring and consolidates evidence of energy savings and wider impacts, supporting verification and continuous improvement.
