A project to transform the rental housing stock
LIFE INSPIRE-US is an initiative coordinated by ASVAL that seeks to facilitate the energy rehabilitation of rental housing. The project will run until 2028 and is part of the European Commission's LIFE-Clean Energy Transition program.

We validate the model in three types of housing
INSPIRE-US is launched with three pilot projects in Madrid: multi-family buildings, institutional housing, and properties of small owners. Energy improvements will be applied, results will be monitored, and innovative financing schemes will be tested.
• ASVAL, the association of rental housing owners in Spain, in coordination with Testa Homes, EuroPace, Almond, UIPI, Urbhe, and the University of Alicante, will promote this project, which will run until 2028.
